FRP Tail Gas Absorption Tower

Our Xinda Chemical factory's FRP Tail Gas Absorption Tower features a polypropylene (PP) inner layer. Lined with PP, it can easily handle strong acids and alkalis from the chemical industry, as well as corrosive liquids from environmental protection and food applications, ensuring the purity and contamination-free nature of your stored raw materials.

The FRP outer layer provides exceptional support, making the entire tank sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding certain pressures and external impacts.

Technology Features

When our factory makes tail gas towers and storage tanks, we use PPH (reinforced polypropylene) seamless winding technology. The advantage of doing this is that the jar is super corrosion-resistant, and the inner wall is smooth and has no seams. The materials you put in are safe and reliable, and there is no need to worry about the purity. On the outside, we wrapped a layer of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) around the PPH cylinder, which immediately increased the overall strength and greatly enhanced its anti-aging ability
