Xinda Chemical's PPH equipment, with its corrosion resistance, structural stability, and cost advantages, has become critical infrastructure for the chemical, environmental protection, and pharmaceutical industries. Its product offerings focus on material properties and process innovation, covering a full range of applications from strong acid storage to food-grade transportation, providing safe and reliable corrosion protection for industrial production. We offer a variety of equipment, including the Square PPH Storage Tank, PPH Vertical Tank, PPH Food Storage Tank, and PPH Nitric Acid Storage Tank.
1. Industry-Leading Chemical Corrosion Resistance
PPH Equipment utilizes pure polypropylene homopolymer, a stable molecular structure, and is resistant to over 95% of common corrosive media, including strong acids and bases like dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and sodium hydroxide, as well as most organic solvents (such as ethanol and acetone). Compared to traditional metal equipment, this type of equipment eliminates the need for a passive film for corrosion protection, completely avoiding pitting and stress corrosion cracking. In chemical wastewater storage applications, it boasts a service life of over 15 years, three to four times that of stainless steel tanks.
2. Weld-free process ensures zero leakage.
Using spiral extrusion and wrapping technology for one-step molding, the tank body of this equipment is seamless and weld-free, fundamentally eliminating the leakage risks associated with traditional welding. For example, the wrapping thickness of PPH wrapped tanks can reach over 60 mm. The gradient cross-section design concentrates the raw material in key stress-bearing areas, increasing compressive strength by 20%-30% compared to ordinary plastic tanks. It can withstand a working pressure of 0.6 MPa, making it suitable for complex working conditions exceeding atmospheric pressure.
3. Food-grade safety and wide temperature adaptability.
PPH equipment complies with FDA and GMP hygiene standards, and it features a smooth, scale-free interior and zero risk of heavy metal leaching. It is widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical production, and other industries with stringent hygiene requirements. Furthermore, its operating temperature range extends from -20°C to 120°C, and it can withstand short-term temperatures of 140°C. This makes it suitable for both industrial high-temperature reactions and outdoor installations in cold regions.
4. Lightweight Design Reduces Overall Costs
PPH material density is only 0.91-0.93 g/cm³, approximately one-eighth that of metal equipment, reducing transportation and installation costs by over 40%. For example, a 10 m³ PPH vertical storage tank weighs only 800 kg and can be transported by ordinary trucks and assembled on-site in modular units, significantly shortening the construction cycle. Furthermore, PPH equipment requires no frequent anti-corrosion maintenance, resulting in annual O&M costs that are only one-fifth that of carbon steel tanks.
