Working principle and core composition

Our PPH exhaust gas absorption tower is based on the principle of a spray tower and removes pollutants through the contact and reaction between the waste gas and the absorption liquid. The working process is as follows: After the waste gas enters the tower body through the air inlet, it fully contacts with the absorption liquid sprayed from top to bottom in the packing layer. Harmful substances are removed through dissolution, adsorption or chemical reactions. The purified gas is discharged from the air outlet, while the absorption liquid is discharged from the bottom of the tower for recycling.
