PPH vacuum metering tanks are often installed at the front end of bottom-suction water pumps without self-priming function. Before starting the pump, fill the water to a certain height through the water replenishment port at the top of the metering tank.After opening the water pump, the liquid level in the tank drops. As the water pump continues to work, when the negative pressure reaches a certain degree, the material in the low tank can be hydraulously pumped into the metering tank.In this process, the metering tank can accurately measure the incoming material, and can control the material delivery and storage according to the actual demand to achieve accurate material management.
