Product Details

Our PPH Vertical Storage Tank is made from extruded and wound PPH pellets. PPH is a high-density polyethylene with a specific gravity of 0.91-0.93 g/cm³. And it is lighter than water and can boast superior hardness, tensile strength, and creep properties compared to low-density polyethylene. It offers excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking. This tank is molded in a single process, seamlessly welded, and this tank also features excellent properties such as leak resistance, impact resistance, high tensile strength, oxidation resistance, and aging resistance, while meeting food hygiene standards. 

It also exhibits excellent chemical resistance, and withstand most solutions, with the exception of a few that may cause swelling. It operates under ambient temperature (less than 100°C) and pressure (less than 1 kg/cm²). This equipment has a service life of over 15 years. Its vertical design allows for large storage capacity in a compact footprint, so makes it very suitable for applications with limited space.
