The PPH water jet pump of Xinda Chemical is made in China is specially designed for highly corrosive working conditions. The main body of the unit is made of high-crystalline polypropylene homopolymer (PPH) in one piece, with no welds throughout and excellent sealing and corrosion resistance. It can withstand the erosion of harsh media such as acid mist and solvent vapor for a long time, fundamentally replacing the traditional stainless steel units that are prone to corrosion.
It integrates multi-stage efficient ejector, anti-corrosion pump, circulating water tank and intelligent control system, and generates stable vacuum by water jet. PPH water jet pump is based on the principle of high-speed fluid jet to achieve vacuum extraction equipment, the core mechanism is: with a certain pressure of the working medium water (or other liquid) through the nozzle high-speed jet, the pressure energy into kinetic energy to form a jet, in the suction chamber to generate negative pressure, so as to pump gas or liquid; After the gas-liquid mixed flow enters the diffuser, its kinetic energy is gradually converted into pressure energy and is finally discharged through the gas-water separation device, achieving a vacuum environment or fluid transportation.
