1. Pretreatment Stage |
In the pretreatment stage, the exhaust gas is filtered through the filter to remove solid particles and prevent the packing layer from blocking. |

2. Absorption Reaction Stage |
The gas flows upward through the packing layer and is in complete contact with the absorber (such as 5% sodium hydroxide solution) ejected at the top of the tower.A neutralization reaction occurs (e.g., an acidic gas reacts with an alkaline solution). |

3. Demisting & Separation Stage |
The purified gas in the defog separation stage removes water through the defog section to prevent the entrain of fog droplets and secondary pollution. |

4. Discharge Stage |
The treated gas is discharged through the overhead smoke exhaust chimney, and the waste absorption liquid is sent to the sewage treatment station for further treatment.. |
