Technology Upgrade

As you may know, while polypropylene offers excellent corrosion resistance, its thermal conductivity could certainly be improved. We've implemented a technological upgrade: we've adopted graphite-modified polypropylene for the core tubes.

This technology cleverly combines polypropylene's corrosion resistance with graphite's superior thermal conductivity. As a result, our Polypropylene Shell-And-Tube Condenser significantly surpasses conventional plastic condensers in heat transfer efficiency, truly delivering high efficiency and energy savings.

Furthermore, this shell-and-tube structure is designed to maximize heat transfer area. We have also specially optimized various parameters such as the size and thickness of the tubes to speed up the heat exchange of your equipment.
