Xinda Chemical's high-quality Polypropylene Horizontal Type Storage Tank is made from polypropylene or PPH granules. It's a seamless, one-piece horizontal storage device formed by heating, extruding, and winding. The head is injection-molded in a single process using the same grade of granules. The seamless design ensures structural integrity.
Tank: Completely free of longitudinal welds. Our winding process creates a sturdy, cocoon-like enclosure.
Head: Made of the same grade of granules, the head is injection molded in one piece, and then ensures the same strength and corrosion resistance as the tank body, eliminating the stress concentration and leakage risks associated with traditional welded heads.
Armor" for Large Equipment: For large storage tanks, we also provide them with an external "armor" of hot-melt wrapping reinforcement. This is like adding several layers of steel to the tank body, but still is made of PP material. This ensures the tank is both pressure-resistant and impermeable under normal pressure, and also can make it achieve the highest standards of structural integrity.
1. The Polypropylene Horizontal Type Storage Tank is stable at 80°C against inorganic compounds (except oxidizing compounds), acid, alkali, and salt solutions, and most organic solvents. It is particularly suitable for storing corrosive media and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance.
2. This product weighs only 1/8-1/10 of a metal tank of the same volume, so it becomes more easy to install and maintain. It also possesses excellent tensile, flexural, and impact strength, making it less prone to deformation.
