The Xinda Chemical durable polypropylene vacuum measuring tank is a corrosion-resistant, all-plastic, negative pressure measuring container made from polypropylene through secondary processing. It utilizes pressure fluctuations within the tank to precisely fill and measure liquids, making it suitable for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection industries. The operating pressure is 0.04-0.1 MPa, and the volume is clearly graduated in 0.1 cubic meters.
The Xinda Chemical quality polypropylene vacuum measuring tank, primarily made of polypropylene, utilizes the vacuum principle to achieve quantitative filling and storage of liquids. It is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Its core structure includes a PP tank body, a vacuum system, inlet and outlet ports, and a control system. It comes in two configurations: vertical (hanging-ear vertical and flat-bottom vertical) and horizontal. The vertical version is more commonly used in industrial production due to its smaller footprint. The tank body is integrally molded from polypropylene laminate, with the nozzle welded seamlessly to the vessel body to ensure strength and sealing. Some equipment incorporates UV absorbers to extend its service life, and its temperature range is generally rated up to 80°C.
Product Features
This polypropylene vacuum measuring tank is highly corrosion-resistant and resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and most organic solvents. It is also lightweight and easy to install and maintain. It is an ideal device for precise metering in industrial production, suitable for quantitative dispensing of viscous or liquid materials such as sauces, paints, and oral liquids. On-site installation requires a liquid outlet diameter of at least 100mm and a measuring scale facing inward.
Operating Principle
The polypropylene vacuum measuring tank regulates the internal pressure via a vacuum system. When the internal pressure drops below atmospheric pressure, gas enters the container from the top; otherwise, it is exhausted from the bottom. This pressure differential allows for precise liquid filling. The vacuum environment also inhibits bacterial growth and prevents material deterioration, making it suitable for chemical or food materials requiring long-term storage.
