Working principle

The working principle of our PP multi-function exhaust gas purification tower is that the waste gas is introduced into the absorption tower by the fan, passes through the packing layer, and then through the spray equipment, allowing the waste gas to fully contact with the absorption liquid or water in the gas-liquid two-phase and undergo neutralization reaction. After purification, the exhaust gas is dehydrated and demisted by the demister plate before being discharged into the atmosphere. The absorption liquid or water is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower and then sprayed down from the top. After passing through the packing layer, it finally flows back to the bottom of the tower for recycling or is directly discharged, so that the purified waste gas meets the emission standards.

The first category includes plate towers, bubble absorption towers and stirred bubble absorption towers where gas is dispersed in the liquid phase in the form of bubbles.

The second category includes injectors, Venturi tubes and spray towers where liquid is dispersed in the gas phase in the form of droplets.

The third category consists of packed absorption towers and falling film absorption towers where the liquid moves in a film-like manner to come into contact with the gas phase.
