The core working process of PP Multi-functional Exhaust Gas Purification Tower  is clear and efficient. Industrial waste gas is first introduced into the tower and passes upward through a specially designed packing layer. Meanwhile, the absorption liquid is evenly sprayed downward through the spray system.

In the packing layer, the waste gas and the absorption liquid undergo thorough gas-liquid contact and mass transfer. The acidic components (such as HCl, SO₂) or some organic pollutants in the exhaust gas undergo neutralization chemical reactions with the alkaline absorption liquid, thus being effectively removed. The purified gas continues to rise and passes through the demisting layer to remove the carried liquid droplets, ultimately achieving standard discharge. The treated absorption liquid can be collected in the circulating water tank and reused after adjustment. This circulating system helps to reduce material consumption during operation.
