The PPH environmentally friendly water jet vacuum unit made by China Xinda Chemical is specially designed for handling highly corrosive media.The main body of the unit is made of polypropylene homopole (PPH) with high crystallinity, which is corrosion-resistant and weld-free. It can withstand acid fog, solvent steam and other harsh media for a long time.It integrates high efficiency ejector, anti-corrosion pump and intelligent control system, can achieve a stable vacuum up to -0.097MPa, suitable for corrosive waste gas treatment, solvent recovery and vacuum drying process.

Working principle

PPH environmentally friendly water jet vacuum unit forms a gas-liquid two-phase flow by high-speed water jet, reducing the pressure in the suction area to create a vacuum.  The gas is mixed and compressed before being discharged, and the water can be recycled.

Selection and other supplementary suggestions

If a higher vacuum degree is required, a steam-water series jet model can be selected, but it is necessary to ensure that the steam pipeline is level and free of water accumulation.

According to the characteristics of the processed medium, equipment made of different grades of materials such as PPH can be customized to enhance temperature resistance and durability.

Key points of operation and maintenance

Before starting up: Check the PPH environmentally friendly water jet vacuum unit’s sealing of the fasteners, fill the water reservoir with water, and strictly prohibit idling without water.

During operation: Control the circulating water temperature to ≤30℃. High temperature will reduce the vacuum degree. For the steam-water series model, water should be turned on first and then steam.

When the machine is shut down: The vacuum degree should be reduced to below 0.092MPa to prevent backsuction from damaging the check valve.

Regular maintenance: Clear nozzle blockages, replace aged sealing rings and wear-resistant gaskets (it is recommended to check every six months).
