Our FRP scrubber operates based on the principle of reverse gas-liquid contact.
The exhaust gas enters the tower from the bottom or center of the tower and then flows upwards. Next comes reverse contact. A spray system at the top of the tower sprays absorbent liquid downward. When the exhaust gas reaches the surface of the packing layer, it thoroughly collides with the liquid.
Contaminants are then adsorbed, trapped by the liquid through dissolution, neutralization, or chemical reactions, and purified.
Clean gas is then discharged. The purified gas passes through the top demisting layer to remove water vapor and is then discharged from the top of the tower, thus meeting emission standards.
There is also water circulation. The liquid containing pollutants falls into the circulating water tank at the bottom of the tower. After treatment, it is either recycled or discharged.
