PPH Pipe

It supports hot-melt butt welding and flange connection. The interface is firm and leak-proof. The specifications cover DN15 to DN800, and the maximum pressure rating can reach 2.0MPa. It can also be customized as needed.

The weight of the pipe is only about one eighth of that of steel pipes of the same specification. Material properties and performance advantages

PPH pipes, whose full name is Polypropylene Homopolymer pipes, are made of polypropylene homopolymers. After β modification, they form a uniform and fine crystalline structure and possess multiple excellent properties. It has outstanding corrosion resistance and can withstand the corrosion of high-concentration acids, alkalis and other chemical media with PH values ranging from 1 to 14 within a temperature range of -20℃ to 100℃ (some can reach 110℃). Meanwhile, this pipe is light in weight and high in strength, easy to handle and install. It also features wear resistance, no scaling, anti-freezing cracking, and low heat loss. Under specified usage conditions, its service life can reach over 50 years. In addition, its non-toxic and odorless nature complies with food hygiene standards and will not cause pollution to the environment.
