Xinda Chemical is a professional manufacturer producing PP S bending baffle which is an efficient inertial gas-liquid separation component. It is composed of multiple "S" -shaped curved polypropylene blades. When the gas carrying liquid droplets passes through these blades at a certain speed (usually within the range of 3.5-5.5m/s), the direction of the gas flow is forcibly changed multiple times. At this point, the denser droplets, due to the effects of inertial force and centrifugal force, cannot turn along with the gas. Instead, they collide and adhere to the surface of the blades, converge into a liquid flow and are discharged, achieving efficient separation.
The product has high removal efficiency for droplets with particle size greater than 3-5μm. It can effectively remove acidic fog droplets (such as sulfuric acid and sulfite) contained in the exhaust gas, thereby protecting downstream fans, heat exchangers and other equipment from corrosion.Its core advantage lies in the use of acid and alkali corrosion resistant polypropylene material, smooth surface is not easy to scale, and modular design for easy installation and maintenance.It is widely used in wet desulfurization, chemical absorption, waste gas spray washing tower on the top or side line, is to achieve clean discharge, ensure the stable operation of the system key components.

When the mist-containing gas flows through the S-shaped channel at a flow rate of 3.5 to 5.5m/s, due to the effects of inertial force and centrifugal force, the mist droplets strike the surface of the blades and aggregate into a liquid film. Under the action of gravity, the liquid film slides down the plates to the slurry pool, achieving gas-liquid separation. The multi-directional structure enables the uncaptured droplets to be repeatedly separated at subsequent turns, with a demisting efficiency of over 95%, and the droplet content at the outlet is ≤75mg/Nm³ (dry basis).
